Yay! Not much happened on her first day back, but it was so great to see her.

I'm looking forward to her and Paul talking tomorrow. Wow it's going to be interesting!
I haven't seen the show yet, but I heard it was good! YAY! Welcome back Ro!! |

I figured there wouldn't be that much today and that Rosanna being back would be sorta a cliffhanger.
Definitely looking forward to tomorrow. |

So, there were a million things wrong with today's scenes. No emotion whatsoever. They acted merely like old acquaintances. Ugh, what the hell. These
writers SUCK!
"Hey Paul, here's a bag of chips for the road. See ya!" "Thanks Ro. I know I haven't seen you in like forever, and you were practically dead and we miraculously just ran into each other and stuff, and you were the lpve of my life and I should be freaking the hell out to see you again, but I've got places to be. Have a nice life!" "You too! Say hi to Meg for me! Except don't, because I'm playing dead." "OK cool. Bye!" |

Oh, and how DUMB was the ten second explanation for Rosanna losing all of her money? WEAK, PEOPLE. They could have built a whole storyline around the collapse
of Cabot Motors, but no. That wouldn't have anything to do with Meg, and obviously it's all about Meg.
I AM SO OVER THIS NONSENSE. Whatever. I am officially watching to swoon over Cady. That is all. Bring on Carly/Ro, and in the meantime I'll just try not to think too hard about how they've totally wrecked my favorite couple and appear to have no desire to fix them. |

I did NOT like how they acted like after all of that history there was no love left and they were just casual friends. You could tell Rosanna was slightly
bothered by it, but Paul was just...nuPaul.
I'm going to blame it on Paul's need to get out of town before he is caught. I'm disappointed that they didn't do a story about Cabot Motors..maybe have Ro come back because her business is failing after she wakes up and then deal with the struggles with that. HOWEVER, I am glad that they explained how all of her money disappeared, even if it was a brief cameo. Most often these things are glazed over and only half is mentioned. Other than that I enjoyed PRo's scenes and it was good to see them again. Hopefully the next couple of weeks will be better. On a good note...Damian and Meg are getting lots of press |

LOL. I'm so glad I didn't get my hopes up. My plan is to not even bother watching for the first month she's back, and wait till next month to see
you guys' comments about how much you're liking the story. If I like what I read, then I'll watch.
That being said, for those of you with unshakeable loyalty, I will say have some faith. What you guys just said actually could be used as a source of optimism. They're friends now, right? Well, that's better than what they could have been, considering what went down before she went into her second coma. Don't forget PRo started out as friends, this could be a way of starting them from scratch again and they could fall back in love eventually. I hope I still care by then. Yeah, maybe, but so much has happened since the last time they were just friends. How do you revert back to that after you've been married twice, gone
through a lot of major trauma, and emotionally scarred each other as much as they have? I guess if you're JP and Goutman, you just act like none of that
ever happened. It's absurd.
Obviously something happens that brings them back together, and eventually they go back to Oakdale together. I'm acting like this was their only scene together, so I'll just calm down. I just think it was a really stupid start, and I hope things get better. I'm dying to know what Roger Howarth thinks of the writing for Paul now vs. a few years ago when he actually got decent writing. It's a shame he never talks. I mean, Roger and Cady obviously remember all of the PRo history, but they almost have to play like they don't. It's weird. |

I think the Pro scenes today were a little awkward but friendly - and that's expected considering how things were left off.
I'm glad to see Ro with a newfound sense of peace and self-sufficiency. Paul did seem distracted since he's on the run with Eliza, and he avoided answering Ro's questions straightforwardly when she asked about Meg and the baby. I think a part of him didn't want to drag Ro into this and/or confess that things aren't going well for him as she thinks. I liked the sense of familiarity between Pro, and it's a start. |

I think this is the start of possibly a good PRo friendship, which is a good way to start off IMO. Maybe next week we'll get some more emotions behind
those scenes, since Paul won't be in such a hurry to hit the road.

I didn't watch and only read the recaps, but yeah, I kind of though their conversation was so weird and so neutral. The way they were speaking, you would
have thought they were just casual neighbors who knew of each other and not two people who shared an intense and love-filled history. Just weird and
disappointing.
I'm sure it will definitely pick up, but that was such a weak way to reintroduce them. Whatever, I'm so excited to have Cady back. |

First I should say I haven't watched ATWT in forever. Once I heard Rosanna was leaving the last time I stopped watching because the story was just silly
anyways.

Hah, I know. If there had been a baby in there, it would have gone flying while Paul was swinging that car seat around.
So the preview for next week shows Paul asking Rosanna to let him stay with her at the farm. Typical that Rosanna has to bail him out when he's in trouble. |

I'm with you Rosannasfriend. I'll rely on you all to fill me in, and tune in if things should heat up/improve. I'm disappointed to learn that JP
and Goutman are still in charge.

replying to Jami - I agree that losing everything for Rosanna was a bit much. I do look forward to watching her build it all back up again from scratch. I
would assume the farm fettish will not last much longer.
Im not seeing a love thing for Pro with these scenes at all. I still look ahead to whats next for Rosanna. |

Well, I watched clips on youtube this morning, since it seemed to be so ambiguous to everyone here whether the PRo scenes had any connection or not. LOL. My
thoughts are a bit different than yours. Its clear that Paul has moved on, although he still cares what happens to Ro. He has had alot happen to him, and
whether we like it or not has been in love with Meg for years. I sensed bit of a guardedness from him when she asked questions, not because he sees her as this
stranger, but because he doesn't want anyone to know what he's up to. Other than that he seemed really pre-occupied and worried about leaving to his
next destination in time. At the beginning of their interaction, I think he was mad that she didn't let him know she was ok, since he felt responsible for
her last coma. I would sum it up by saying he sees her as a "friend" right now.
Rosanna on the other hand is where I really differ from everyone here. I think what happened with Paul is still a sore spot for her, but she has had time to accept that he's with Meg and basically knows how to say every line without sounding too sad. If you looked at her, she had a hard time looking at Paul for most of the conversation, especially when she spoke of him being married to Meg. It is clear to me she still loves him , but doesn't want to make a fool out of herself for him anymore. She's moving on the best way she could, not just from him, but starting a new business and discovering a new Ro. I love the way Cady was playing Ro, it looked like a different person in the way she was speaking and her whole aura. She came across as someone who's been through something, and is just different now and in a different place. |

Oh, I definitely agree that Ro hasn't moved on in the same fashion, but that's understandable. When she went into a coma both times, she was deeply in
love with Paul. She hasn't had those years of different experiences. I think that's part of the reason she closed herself off to everyone she loved.
As for the ponzi scheme, I thought that was brilliant timing. She's obviously referring to the Madoff scandal - who took fortunes from almost every top investor in the world. (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,478326,00.html)
